Riyan Hotel, located in Shivrin arayan, Chhattisgarh, was handed over in February 2023. The project includes two building blocks: an old and a new, with the new block covering 14,000 sqft. The hotel boasts a lavish reception area with elegant chandeliers, intricate glasswork, and a spacious waiting area.
The banquet hall accommodates up to 500 guests, and the hotel features separate entrances for rooms, the restaurant, and a 2-acre party lawn. It offers 14 rooms across two floors, along with meeting spaces and smaller venues for functions.
The strategically designed kitchen serves the banquet hall, restaurant, and lawn efficiently, with provisions for future expansion without disrupting operations. The interior design is both stylish and affordable, with premium materials sourced from Delhi, Sabyasachi, Asian Paints, and Baldeo Furniture.
Riyan Hotel is a versatile, elegant space designed for both large events and intimate gatherings, with future growth in mind.
